Lilian came to Israel from Melbourne, Australia, with her husband in 1968 and since then has spent most of her time in this country with sojourns in London, Boston and Melbourne. Until her retirement she worked as an English teacher at the Leo Baeck Senior High School in Haifa. She is a member of the ‘Voices’ poetry association and has recently completed a Diploma of Professional Writing and Editing. Her poetry and short stories have been published in journals in Australia, England, Israel and the U.S, and she is now completing a crime novel set in Israel.
